3^rd  September 2012 Modern Jive – Jiveasy & MoJive Thursday Jiveasy class in Portsmouth removed. Thursday MoJive class added.
29^th  August 2012 *** Sorry about the delay in updating but all up-to-date now and hopefully I won’t have to leave it so long again *** Modern Jive - lots and lots of changes. Quite a few organisations have changed name. Loads of venues/nights have closed (we’re down from 82 weekly classes to 67 ! Must be the recession? A few new nights have started. Organisations List updated
11^th  May 2011 Modern Jive - lots of changes - check out your local area to see what's new. Le Jive becomes Ceroc Conexion. Ceroc Dorset take over the Hamworthy Club nights. Dance Le Beat becomes Ceroc Le Beat. Red Hot Rhythm becomes Leroc. Various other changes including new/changed venues for Ceroc Devon, Jangel Jive, Ginger Jive, Ceroc Le Beat, Jive By Floorplay and Let's Dance Jive. West Coast Swing. Name and details change at Andover Tuesday class. Blues. New class added in Southampton, Wednesdays with new organization: Dance Bytes. Organisation List. 11^th  March 2011 Name change. Red Hot Rhythm has renamed itself to Leroc. Classes are unchanged.
8^th  March 2011 New Ceroc Dorset class added. Wednesdays, Dorchester. New Organisation added to List of Orgs. Ceroc Dorset.
24^th  January 2011 Checked Jiveasy entries. A couple of people emailed me to say these entries had disappeared. I looked and they seem to come up OK - if anyone is having trouble seeing these entries PLEASE TELL ME. Amended Mirrorball Moves entry for Andover. This class has moved from Wednesday to Thursday Added Jive Mad class at Andover. This new entry is for a Tuesday class is at Endham-Alemein, near Andover.
12^th  September 2010 Links to dance directories added. The link to "Organisations" now also brings up a list of directories that list relevant information (classes, holidays, etc.) either in part or exclusively covering the South and West UK.

9^th  June 2010 Venue identified. "Jiveasy", Wednesdays, Fishbourne, Chichester. Thanks to Ali from Jiveasy for helping me find the right spot for the pointer.
8^th  June 2010 Class added. "Jiveasy", Wednesdays, Fishbourne, Chichester. Starts 30^th June (free entry that week only + free glass of bubbly). NB the venue is brand new (opened last month) so won't appear on the satellite view of my google-based map for a while. At the moment the pointer if just on the right road - when I get directions I'll move the pointer onto the location of the 'invisible' building itself (hopefully before the opening night!).

6^th  June 2010 Anyone know "The Barn", Foundry Lane, Andover? It's one of the few venues I can't find a precise location for. There are no directions on any website and I can't see it on Google Street. Obviously most references show the location as just the centre of the postcode which is no good if you're trying to find it in the dark! If someone could email me directions so I could get the pointer right on the building that would be great. Blues class, Tuesdays, Newbury This was 'added' on 4^th but wasn't showing on the map - now it is J.
4^th  June 2010 "U-Jive class reinstated "U-Jive", Wednesdays, Basingstoke is re-listed with it's new venue details. Classes added I'm gradually extending the area jiveclasses.co.uk covers. Newbury is now fully covered with the addition of these two I think - please let em know if I've missed anything. "Ceroc Newbury", Tuesdays, Newbury. "Ceroc Newbury", Wednesdays, Newbury.
1^st  June 2010 Class added "Mirrorball Moves", Wednesdays, Enham Alemein, Andover - mainly a freestyle but it does have a true Beginners Class at 7.45pm.

6^th  May 2010 Class added (not a new one, I just missed it before!). "Love 2 Jive", Tuesdays, Waterlooville.
2^nd May 2010 I've made a couple of improvements: NEAREST CLASS There's now a 'Find closest to:' box (top right of each map). To use it, type in a location and hit Return (don't click on the rotating 'sweetie' next to it). MORE ACCURATE MARKERS Some of the markers were VERY approximate until now. Now they are SOOOOOO accurate they actually point to the very building where the class is held! (Except two of them - I'm still trying to track down those precise locations - but those two markers point onto the road so you'll know when you come across them). If want to see where you're going: 1. Find the class on the map. 2. Zoom right in. 3. Select 'Satellite' view. 4. You should see a photo-type image with a marker on the appropriate building. DAYS OF THE WEEK If you have clicked on a day at the bottom of the map and want to get back to see 'all days of the week', just click anywhere else in the white 'days of the week' bar.
